Very brilliant specimen formed by numerous polysynthetic growths of octahedral pyrite crystals. The golden color is superior and brilliance, as we said before, is really excellent. With white milky quartz. A fine piece from a not well represented locality.
These mines are located approximately 50 km south of Alnif, near the border with Algeria. This area was already mined in medieval age for the extraction of copper. In the 60s of the last century, French companies expanded shafts and mineral extraction.
Unusual specimen for this Moroccan locality formed by a quartz matrix on which stand numerous groups of sphalerite crystals with a toasted honey tone, translucent and bright. They accompanied by brilliant pyrite crystals and very interesting aggregates of twinned marcasite. A piece almost unique.

A very rich group of cube-octahedral galena crystals, brilliant, nice luster, defined faces and edges, and with a better quality than usual for the locality. They are disposed on a matrix covered by brilliant quartz crystals and small honey color sphalerite. Accompanied by aggregates of golden pyrite crystals, bright and sharp, flattened brilliant marcasite and chalcopyrite.

Fine quality specimen that shows aggregates of tabular crystals of baryte, with a slight bluish tone, brilliant and with defined faces and edges. Accompanied by several marcasite crystals showing various twins, such as "cockscomb", as aggregates or very aesthetic individual crystals. On a quartz crystal matrix.

Huge size parallel growth of tabular crystals of barite, very sharp and with very well defined faces and edges. They are translucent and very bright and have flattened crystals of marcasite showing the twin known as "cockscomb".

Rich group of galena cube-octahedral to octahedral crystals, some of them complex, with natural luster, defined faces and edges, and with a better quality than usual for the locality. They are disposed on a matrix covered by small and brilliant quartz crystals. Accompanied by several aggregates of golden pyrite sharp crystals, brilliant, with chalcopyrite and tabular baryte. Really excellent specimen.

Rich and good size group of pyrrhotite crystals with the hexagonal shape, very aesthetic, showing parallel growth, pearlescent and intense brown color. They are disposed on a druse of quartz crystals with sphalerite and a curious growth of calcite. An excellent classic piece.
Aesthetic group of well-developed baryte crystals from this Murcian locality. They are disposed forming a "open-book" shape with parallel growth. They stand out as being covered with small, bright and transparent crystals of calcite, some chalcedony, peppered by small crystals of goethitized pyrite and manganese oxydes. A piece of an unusual locality not easy to find in the mineral market.
Unusual specimen formed by globular aggregates of pseudomalachite, intense green color, which are disposed on matrix covered by well defined transparent crystals of willemite, with a yellow to colorless color. It is accompanied by rosasite aggregates of bluish green color. Very aesthetic. We have analized rosasite and willemite and we will send results to the buyer.
Druse of brilliant hyaline quartz crystals, with transparence and well-developed prism. Some of them showing the Japan-law twin, flattened, transparent to translucent. From a classic Peruvian locality which was inaccurated located in Pasto Bueno district, Pallasca province.
In this huge size specimen we observe groups of tabular lenticular aggregates of barite with a delicate reddish tones, along with gray galena that has been almost completely substituted and covered by nice cerussite crystals. Taking a look under the microscope, cerussite shows long striated prisms terminated by pyramidal faces. Also note several cyclic star twins, well defined and spectacular. Different specimens from Mibladen.
The large mine of Les O is mined under the town of Mibladen. It has been worked during generations of miners in search of specimens, usually galena cerussite, barite and some wulfenite. Few weeks before my visit in February 2013 were found some mineralized veins and vugs with the specimens we offer. When those cavities were formed they had been filled by cube octahedral crystals of galena and barite. Due to the hydrothermal fluids galena was partially or totally corroded to favor the formation of cerussite.
As exceptional as rare specimen of smithsonita from shaft 9 in Toussit. A matrix with galena is partially covered by numerous sharp rhombohedral smithsonite crystals, delicious bluish color, transparent to translucent, forming aggregates, very showy. They accompanied by cerussite crystals very rich in faces and transparent. Good size and fine quality for a difficult piece to be seen nowadays.
Good sized specimen formed by several globular aggregates of pyromorphite. They are bright, have a yellow slightly green color. They are partially covering a matrix with quartz. These specimens were collected working in old dumps of this French mine. This is one of the best specimens I've seen.
Good sized doubly terminated pyromorphite crystals. They show curved faces and edges, almost giving spheroidal shapes. They are bright, have a yellow slightly green color. They are partially covering vugs on a matrix with quartz. These specimens were collected working in old dumps of this French mine. This is one of the best specimens I've seen.
Specimens of this mine are unusual in the market. This sample, from an former collection, is one of those pieces that make us appreciate the minerals of the La Gaviota mine. On a matrix of goethite, partially covered with tiny crystals of pyrolusite, are disposed very aerial a rich group of tabular barite crystals. Between translucent to transparent. An opportunity to represent perfectly this mine in our collection.
On a solid matrix of feldspar, several groups of spessartine crystals partially covering it; with an intense orange-red color, very brilliant and with transparence. Well defined faces and edges. Some of them are disposed on a remarkable group of well developed quartz crystals with very intense smoke tone. A good sized specimen, perfect for any display case.
In this specimen we can enjoy some willemite prismatic crystals with good size, included in a matrix of white calcite. Willemite usually presents yellow-green fluorescence under shortwave UV light. Calcite from Franklin also highlights for the intense red fluorescence. A very interesting piece.
Druse of brilliant hyaline quartz crystals, with transparence and well-developed prism. Some of them, one with a good size, showing the Japan-law twin, flattened, transparent to translucent. From a classic Peruvian locality which was inaccurated located in Pasto Bueno district, Pallasca province.

Topaz crystal with intense color, transparence and good brilliance. With a complex termination very rich in faces, where we can observe at least two pyramid forms and the pinacoid, along with two prisms. The base is a cleavage surface.
Group of orthoclase crystals, showing the complex faces of the baveno twin together with complex prisms and false rhombohedrons. Nice slightly orange color and defined edges and faces. It was collected many years ago near of the Montseny massif; this area was well known for orthoclase mineral collectors. A classic from a classic collection. Mr. Daunis and Mrs. Ruscalleda (wife) collection were specialized in Spanish quartz and orthoclase specimens.
Group of microcline crystals, amazonite variety, showing defined faces. They are embedded in a matrix of feldspar and smoky quartz. The color is good and very attractive.
