On a quartz matrix are disposed some sharp pyromorphite crystals with a very interesting color zoning between light green in prism faces and yellow tones on terminal pinacoids. Crystals show a hexagonal barrel-shaped prism with flattened terminal faces on the top. They have grow in divergent directions. Some of the crystals are isolated, with an elongated prism. A classic between classics from this well known french mine closed in 1981. A nice specimen of pyromorphite.
