Group of twinned prismatic scolecite crystals, very brilliant and transparent. It is accompanied by small hyaline crystals of fluorapophyllite-(K), bright and very defined. Scolecite is a rather rare species of the zeolite group from India. With handwritten label by J. Viñals and belonged to the Nicolau collection (Barcelona).

Excellent specimen of fluorapophyllite-(K) with very good size crystals that show the shapes of the tetragonal prism with faces of the dipyramid truncated by the basal pinacoid. Group of globular aggregates of gyrolite, with a very good size, white and translucent. They are accompanied in the vacuole with fine acicular crystals of okenite. The photos do not do the piece justice. Very aesthetic.

Group of two apophyllite-(KF) crystals showing perfect tetragonal prism faces, well developed, with the dipyramid and pinacoid. The edges are very sharp and the faces have some striation. Translucent and slightly green color zoning, more intense in the crystal core. Faces are peppered by small white calcite crystals that have grown mostly in some orientated faces, probably due to water circulation. It is a very aesthetic miniature. On a matrix of very brilliant crystals of stilbite.

These specimens were found in 2006 in a small Indian village, when they were drilling a water well. They found a cavity totally covered with them. There is an interesting article in the Mineralogical Record magazine (39:267-273).
