Rich aggregate of arsenatian vanadinite crystals "endlichite", with good-sized crystals, interpenetrated, curved faces and edges and good brightness. A Moroccan classic, nowadays it is not easy to find available.
Rich group of so called arsenatian vanadinite showing defined edges and curved faces, barrel-shaped and many of them doubly terminated, with the characteristic color of this variety. These samples appeared on the market in the late 1970s as pyromorphite, until they were correctly determined by XRD and SEM-EDS analysis. This specimen has been analyzed, just for info, showing As 3%weight and 8.7% in V. Old specimen, nowadays rare to find.
A nice azurite miniature, with good brightness, intense color and sprinkled with malachite rosettes. An aesthetic old piece from this classic Moroccan locality.
Aesthetic sample formed by sharp cerussite crystals, translucent, twinned, with a very good luster, slightly honey tone. They are disposed on a matrix with galena. From the Manchión collection.
Rich group of wulfenite crystals, bright, slightly color from yellow to orange. Crystallized in both sides. Most are intact, something unusual in the specimens of this site. From the former collection of J.M. Manchion.
Excellent gemmy anglesite specimen that shows a group of crystals with a razor-sharp chisel terminations, striated faces characteristic of the species, very sharp and with good transparency and uniform yellow color.
This specimen date to the late 1970s and were found in the well known Moroccan mining area of Touissit. They are considered the world's finest anglesite specimens. Here we offer this "old" specimen from glorious past times.
In this specimen we can enjoy groups of tabular crystals showing well defined faces and parallel growths. They are interpenetrated between them and accompanied by small but perfect tabular wulfenite crystals. Some of them present small ding, very common in this samples, but this one is really good. The brilliance is good and in thin parts showing transparence. They are very aerial disposed on the matrix.
A prismatic crystal that just looks like the typical ones from Touissit, but a more detailed check shows the unusual richness of the termination, with lots of faces. Definition, brilliance, and color are the outstanding features of this sample. This azurite crystal, in the form of a broad spear point, exhibits electric blue highlights, lustre, and numerous step faces on both sides of the of the crystal. It is a magnificent crystal with only one minor ding/contact on one terminal face, otherwise, it is really aesthetic. A very old specimen, very difficult to get nowadays.
On a matrix of quartz crystals, with azurite, there are numerous fibrous aggregates of malachite crystals. Intense color, good brilliance and silky luster. A very bright piece.
Excellent cerussite cyclic twin as a star shape in which one of the crystals predominates. Very aesthetic, between transparent to translucent and with very well defined faces and edges. With a mino rocky matrix. Pictures do not do it justice, better in "person". From this classic Moroccan mines.
An excellent twin of cerussite, partially transparent, with alternating color zoning, slightly smoked. A complete piece, in very good condition for the usual of these specimens, with only a tiny chipping in the upper part and nicks in the base, from my point of view without affecting the beauty of the specimen. Very difficult to find today and really appreciated by collectors.
Very esthetic and historical specimen formed by crystals of cerussite, transparent to translucent, with an unusual brightness, elongated prisms, rich in faces and some twins. Closely observed, it becomes a crystallographic pleasure. From a classic Moroccan mine from where nowadays is not easy to find samples with this quality.
Aesthetic and historic specimen of anglesite, formed by a well developed tabular crystal, lanceolated, very rich in faces, with various rhombic prisms facets and striated pinacoids. It presents an excellent transparence and good brilliance. It is disposed on a galena matrix accompanied by other crystals of the same species. A pleasure to enjoy the crystallography of the piece. An ancient specimen of the former Manchión collection.
Probably the best specimen I can get from this pocket. Very rich group of interpenetrated fluorite crystals showing forms of the cube, with very sharp edges, transparent to translucent, with marked color zoning, intense violet color and brilliant faces. Contrasting with the white baryte matrix. A very, very aesthetic specimen.
Long time since I saw good quality fluorite specimens from this Moroccan mines (Tawrirt, ⵜⴰⵡⵔⵉⵔⵜ), located in the Oriental region of the country.
These specimens of fluorite show forms of the cube, with very sharp edges, transparent to translucent, with some color zoning, intense violet color, brilliant to semidull faces, very curious. Partially covered by goethite and very aerial disposed on baryte crystals. Long time since I saw good quality fluorite specimens from this Moroccan mines (Tawrirt, ⵜⴰⵡⵔⵉⵔⵜ), located in the Oriental region of the country. An aesthetic piece.

These specimens of fluorite show forms of the cube, with very sharp edges, translucent, with slight color zoning, between violet to purple, semidull faces, very curious. It shows unusual elongated cubes. Partially covered by black goethite. A very aesthetic piece.
Very rich and brilliant specimen of anglesite, formed by several prismatic crystals, with transparence, brilliance, defined faces and edges and colorless. A pleasure to enjoy the crystallography of the species. They are partially covering a vug in a galena matrix. A sample from former Daunis collection (Barcelona), with many years on his "shoulder".
This specimen is full of brilliance, not easy to show with the camera. The Nador hematite specimens are well known but without matrix. In these specimens we can enjoy a rich group of crystals, with very defined faces and edges, brilliant and disposed very aerially on the rhyolite matrix. The specimens come from a small rhyolite quarry very close to the community of Nador, on the road to Melilla. These hematite have sometimes been erroneously labeled as "Ouichane" or "Jebel Ouichane", the locality for the blue baryte. Very diferent and aesthetic.

Superb and brilliant specimen formed by botryoidal aggregates of malachite, of intense green color, and covered by small hyaline quartz crystals. Quartz gives it this aesthetic brilliance. Matrix is formed by a stockwork of altered chalcopyrite. Malachite specimens from this locality and with this shape are unusual.
Very aesthetic group of tabular baryte crystals, with a delicate blue color, brilliant and transparent. Damage free, with some goethite inclusions. Very aerial disposed on the matrix.
