RM2072   Acanthite and quartz

Exceptional specimen of acanthite that shows the skeletal growths of octahedral crystals of this silver sulphide, with an exceptional brilliance, sharp faces and edges, and on matrix, something unusual. Very nice also under magnifying glass. A fine piece of this Moroccan mine.

Size: 9 x 6.5 x 3.8 cm.
Main crystal: 4 mm. 17 mm aggr.

RM1768   Wire Silver and acanthite

Very esthetic good size specimen of native silver from Imiter. Interesting for its quality, brightness and because it is not acidified, as is usual in many specimens of this type. It is formed by numerous wire and filiform aggregates of native silver, in a loop, with a slightly bronze color and accompanied by metallic gray acanthite. An excellent piece that shows us the silver of Imiter in its most natural state.

Size: 8.3 x 5.5 x 3.2 cm.
Found in 2007.
